Ginger Armbruster
Chief Privacy Officer, City of Seattle
As the City of Seattle's Chief Privacy Officer, Ginger Armbruster leads a team of privacy specialists in the execution of the City's Privacy Program, following a principles-based approach to the City's management of the public's personal and sensitive information. Prior to this role, she worked for Microsoft on an international team of privacy specialists to resolve issues associated with multi-million-dollar marketing initiatives. Before moving into privacy, she spent the first 20 years of her career working in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard and Johnson & Johnson, as well as several medical technology startup companies.

Sadia Mirza
Attorney, Cybersecurity, Information Governance and Privacy Practice Group, Troutman Pepper
Sadia Mirza is part of the Cybersecurity, Information Governance and Privacy practice group at Troutman Sanders, and is also part of the Financial Services Litigation practice group. She provides strategic privacy compliance counseling, and defends, counsels and represents companies on matters relating to data privacy, data use, and incident response and investigation, with an eye towards helping clients avoid litigation. Additionally, she has experience with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), as well as various other laws concerning privacy and cybersecurity. Mirza's in-house background allows her to understand the issues and concerns clients have and guide them toward resolution in a clear and efficient way. She has worked with clients from a variety of industries, including financial institutions, consumer reporting agencies, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and data and analytics providers. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mirza worked for JPMorgan Chase and Washington Mutual Bank. Her ongoing interest in the financial services industry led her to pursue an LL.M. in banking and finance after graduating from law school.

Randy Sabett

A former NSA crypto-engineer, Sabett brings to Cooley LLP his extensive experience in data security, privacy, licensing and IP. Sabett has managed numerous data breach responses involving major retailers, financial and healthcare organizations, and on-line service providers. He served on the Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th Presidency and has been recognized as a leader in privacy and data security in the 2007-2014 editions of Chambers USA. Sabett is a member of the board for the Georgetown Cybersecurity Law Institute and the Northern Virginia chapter of ISSA. He also is a frequent lecturer and author, and has appeared on or been quoted by a variety of national media sources.

Joey Johnson
CISO, Premise Health
Johnson, CISO of Premise Health, Brentwood, Tenn., has more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience. Premise Health was formed as a result of the merger of Take Care Employer Solutions - a former subsidiary of Walgreen Co. - and CHS Health Services. Johnson formerly served as chief security officer for the U.S. Department of Commerce - Office of Computer Services, and held various security and network architecture roles leading the design and implementation of complex enterprise networks for airports, hospitals, universities and federal agencies.

Mitch Parker
CISO, Indiana University Health System
Parker is CISO at University of Indiana Health, based in Indianapolis. He formerly served as CISO at the four-hospital Temple University Health System as well as CISO for Temple's clinical faculty practice plan, Temple University Physicians. Previously, he was an information security consultant to the Defense Logistics Agency and others.

Howard Whyte
CISO Boeing
Howard Whyte is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of The Boeing Company and vice president of Boeing's Information Security organization.
Whyte, who started with Boeing in March 2020, is responsible for the protection of Boeing's information and computing resources globally. He manages the function's overall strategy and operation, including cyber controls; threat and identity management; cyber security services; security assessments, architecture and integration - enhancing the security of Boeing's products, services and infrastructures.
Prior to Boeing, Whyte worked for more than 20 years as an executive leader of information technology and security in the federal government, military and private sector.
He came to Boeing from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where he was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. He served as an advisor to the chairman, board members and senior executives on all strategic issues relating to information technology, including governance, investments, program management, strategic planning and security. Earlier, he was the CISO at FDIC and worked to reduce cybersecurity risk by implementing an around-the-clock security operations center and incorporating threat intelligence into security operations.
Previously, he led the Threat Management Center at Goldman Sachs, focusing on cybersecurity detection, protection, response and recovery on a global scale. He also served as the CISO and deputy CISO at NASA, where he provided direction and future vision on a wide range of information technology solutions for mission and corporate systems.
Earlier in his career, he was a senior information officer in the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command and the Defense Information Systems Agency; a telecommunications manager at Interim HealthCare; and an information management officer in the U.S. Army.
Whyte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Kim Green
Sr. Director IT Security and Compliance, Rodan and Fields
Kim has served in several executive and senior-level IT and InfoSec roles, and as an advisor and investor to several security and healthcare companies. With over 25 years' experience in both private and public healthcare sectors, Kim has consulted federal and state government healthcare agencies and private companies on security and privacy best practices.
Kim routinely speaks internationally on security and privacy topics. In 2013, she spoke to members of the European Commission in Brussels on behalf of the COCIR European Trade Association providing recommendations for GDPR.
Kim studied computer software engineering and computer science at Brandeis University and Cal Lutheran University. She also served in the United States Army and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for her exemplary service

Kevin Murphy

Kevin was the VP of Cybersecurity Operations and Governance at IOActive.com, a retired US Air Force intelligence officer, and the former Director of Windows Security Architecture at Microsoft with over 25 years of experience in threat intelligence and information security. Kevin holds the CISM, CISSP, and CGEIT security certifications.

Jim Weaver
CIO, Washington State
Jim Weaver was appointed Director and State CIO for Washington Technology Solutions in December 2018. Jim has over 32 years of experience in the IT industry, having served in varying management and technical positions, most notably as the Commonwealth of PA's Chief Technology Officer, as well as Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer for the commonwealth's Departments of Human Services, Aging and Insurance.
During his tenure, he had responsibility for planning, directing, and evaluating Commonwealth IT operations and was a key contributor for the IT shared services transformation effort to align technology staff and services into functional matrix-based teams. In his agency roles, Jim was responsible for planning, directing and evaluating the IT operations of the three agencies, which included mainframe and distributed systems platforms, data base design and application/software development, telecommunications, IT security and business intelligence.
Jim has proven expertise with successful large scale modernization efforts with an enterprise approach to technology and information security management - many of these efforts have been nationally recognized by NASCIO (2008, 2013, and 2014) and Computerworld Honors (2010 and 2013). Jim holds numerous ITIL certifications and earned his Certified Government Chief Information Officer qualification from Harrisburg University. Jim is also an active member of the armed forces serving in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard with over 33 years' experience in personnel information management systems.

Randy Trzeciak

Justin Fier

Justin Fier is one of the US's leading cyber intelligence experts, and holds the position of Director for Cyber Intelligence & Analytics at Darktrace. His insights on cyber security and artificial intelligence have been widely reported in leading media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, CNN, The Washington Post, and VICELAND. With over 10 years of experience in cyber defense, Fier has supported various elements in the US intelligence community, holding mission-critical security roles with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems and Abraxas. He is also a highly-skilled technical specialist, and works with Darktrace's strategic global customers on threat analysis, defensive cyber operations, protecting IoT, and machine learning.

Brad Beutlich

James Brotsos

James Brotsos serves as a Product Manager, Developer Experience at Checkmarx. With over 15 years of software development experience, James has previously held roles at large organizations including NASA, where he wrote source code for the real-time operating system that powers the Mars Curiosity Rover.
James has a particular passion for architecting automated solutions that are effective in driving security measures for DevOps organizations, helping them achieve their DevSecOps goals. Dave Martin
