Jeremy Grant

Grant is a managing director at Venable, where he works with the firm's clientele to develop growth strategies, identify market solutions and advise on policy impacts across the information technology and cybersecurity and government services. In this role, Grant utilizes his diverse background and deep understanding of business, technical and policy issues around identity, privacy and cybersecurity, having served in a range of leadership positions spanning government and industry. Prior to joining Venable, Grant established and led the National Program Office for the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC), the first new cybersecurity program launched by the Obama administration. Housed in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Grant led the administration's activities across private and public sectors to drive a marketplace of more secure, privacy-enhancing identity solutions for online services.

Kent has over 20 years of security industry experience in Information Technology and Information Security. He is currently the Global Director of Stealth Identity - GTM & Innovation Lead within Unisys Corporation. Kent frequently consults with Companies and Governments on important issues concerning their security posture, both physical and logical. Kent is well versed in physical and cybersecurity security infrastructure and strategy, and is asked to speak regularly on the convergence between physical and logical (network) security. Kent has spoken at leading industry events, such as IBM Interconnect, RSA, Interop, InfoSec, BICSI, ISC, Infragard, ISACA, The Conference Board, Harvard University, Yale University, etc. He has been a featured guest on television (BBC, RAI, ABC News, Silicon Spin...), radio, and in magazines (Computer World, Business News, New York Times, Wired, etc) to name a few. Kent received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Marketing, Summa Cum Laude, from American Intercontinental University. He has been a penetration tester for the public and private sector, and uses this unique view of security to help others better understand the taxonomy of an attack and the strategies to prevent these attacks and the associated damage from them.

Arun DeSouza is currently Chief Information Security & Privacy Officer at Nexteer Automotive Corporation. He has extensive global IT and security leadership and organizational transformation experience including as CISO and CIO. Arun's areas of expertise include strategic planning, risk management, identity management, cloud computing and privacy. His current interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Zero Trust, Software Defined Perimeter & Self-Sovereign Identity. Arun earned Master's and PhD degrees from Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security professional (CISSP) and has earned the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) certification. He was honored by the 1st Global Cyber Observatory by induction into the CISO Hall of Fame in September 2019. He has won multiple other industry honors including CISO of the Week, CSO50 Award, Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders Award, CIO Ones to Watch Award and the Network World Enterprise All Star Award. He is a member of the Society for Information Management and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

He is also frequently quoted in the media on the importance of protecting people in the digital realm.




Alex Corstorphine
Lead Security Solutions Engineer, Rapid7
Alex is a Lead Security Solutions Engineer in the cloud security practice at Rapid7, where he partners with customers to help them ensure continuous security and compliance of cloud services during their digital transformation journeys. He has close to a decade of experience in the security space. Before joining DivvyCloud, Alex worked for several firms in the security and IT operations space, including Dome9 Security, SumoLogic, and Juniper Networks. Alex holds seven certifications including (ISC)² CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Professional and AWS Security Specialty. He received his bachelor's degree from San Jose State University.

Jeremy Snyder

Jeremy Snyder is the Senior Director of Business Development and Solutions Engineering for the cloud security practice at Rapid7. He leads the company's solutions architect, partner and international teams. With prior experience at AWS (first field representative in Southeast Asia's ASEAN region) and REAN Cloud (later Hitachi Vantara), Jeremy's been working in the cloud since 2010. He has a BA (Ling) from UNC and an MBA GMU. Jeremy has lived in 5 countries and speaks several languages. He once went 3 days without seeing another human (lots of reindeer, though) and was kicked off a train in Sweden.

Dan Conrad is an IAM Strategist with One Identity. He has been with Quest since 2007 where his roles have included Solutions Architect, Federal CTO, and IAM Strategist. He is an experienced sysadmin having administered organizations ranging from 10,000 to 150,000 users. Dan holds a BS in Information Systems Management from Wayland Baptist University, an MS in Cybersecurity from Western Governors University, and holds many certifications to include CISSP, CEH, MCITP, and MCSE/MCSA. Dan has been with Quest since 2007 where his roles have included Solutions Architect, Federal CTO, and IAM Strategist. Dan's experience started in the US Air Force working in information management. He retired from the Air Force in 2004 and returned to government IT as a contractor to the US Army. He is an experienced sysadmin having administered organizations ranging from 10,000 to 150,000 users. This experience led him to focus on large enterprises with complex solutions. Dan holds a BS in Information Systems Management from Wayland Baptist University, an MS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, and holds many certifications to include CISSP, CEH, MCITP, and MCSE/MCSA.

Hed previously served as a Group Leader at the 8200 elite cyber unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he received the unit's excellence awards and the Chief of Intelligence Corps Award for Innovation.
