Efrene Sakilayan has been a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation since 2005. He has worked primarily cyber matters, but also has experience with organized crime investigations. SA Sakilayan has worked several large scale investigations with a national security nexus at both FBI headquarters as a threat manager and in the FBI San Francisco Field Office as a case agent and is also a member of the FBI's Cyber Action Team, a rapid deployment Cyber team tasked to respond to large or high-profile investigations throughout the world.
