Having worked in a large Fortune 500 company as well as in small start-ups, McClymont has an eclectic background in sales, business development, client relationship building, account management, and finance. He has now worked for 20 months with WinMagic as an Account Director managing accounts above $1 Billion in annual revenue. In his past he has directed, analyzed, and helped sell investment projects over the past fifteen years. McClymont's relationship building skill set was refined early in his career in IT audit/risk management, which involved daily client interaction as well as consistent communication with upper management to find solutions to process issues. This skill set was further developed by selling business strategies, management concepts, and capital raises to management teams and investors. This wide spectrum of experience scattered across multiple asset classes and entities has developed not only his business acumen, but his ability to relate to varying personalities and ultimately manage company relationships in times of success and failure.
