Bergeron joined Ropes & Gray in 2011 as an associate practicing in the corporate department with an emphasis on health care. She represents a range of the firm's health care clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations. Bergeron has a range of experience in advising a broad spectrum of health care clients including managed care plans, dental service organizations and hospitals. Additionally, she provides regulatory and compliance advice to various health care clients. Bergeron assists clients in the development of policies and procedures and provides advice regarding the HIPAA privacy and security rules. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Ronald A. Williams is a Special Agent with the FBI assigned to the Boston Division's Cyber Crimes Task Force. Prior to being assigned to the Boston Division, SA Williams worked in the Las Vegas Division for three years investigating high level cyber criminal matters. SA Williams is trained in and conducts computer forensic examinations as required to assist other agents and state and local law enforcement agencies. SA Williams holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems from Drexel University and a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University
