Tim brings over 24 years of information technology and operational experience in the financial service industry to Bluefin where manages all aspects of IT and technology patents for the company. Prior to joining Bluefin, Tim served as CTO of Acculynk, CIO of Pay By Touch Payment Solutions, and CIO/CTO of NOVA Information Systems. Tim spent 10 years with the National Security Agency as a Certified Cryptologic Engineer and while at Bluefin, has received multiple patent awards. Tim graduated with his Masters in CIS from Boston University and a Bachelors of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

VP of Business Development, Enterprise Payment Solutions, 3Delta Systems
Mr. Ricker is Vice President of Business Development for Enterprise Payment Solutions at 3Delta Systems. He is responsible for the strategic development and management of the CardVault tokenization service and sales to 3DSI's enterprise customers which CardVault targets. Previously, he was 3DSI's Director of Operations where he helped develop 3DSI's customer support, product delivery, sales and billing infrastructure, managing all implementation and service issues. A 3Delta veteran since 2000, Mr. Ricker has over 30 years of experience in operations, marketing and finance, in the federal government, real estate and card processing industries.
Taylor grew up in the convenience store industry. In the family business of 87 stores, Gray gained experience in all phases of convenience store and chain retail operations.
Taylor has been involved on a variety of projects, including heading global product management for three of the world's largest retail petroleum equipment and systems suppliers and Vice President of Research & Technology for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS). He managed product portfolios that included payment platforms for EMV migration markets from Malaysia to Canada, as well as mobile/RFID payments initiatives. Gray also established NACS' card payments program and currently serves over 1,500 stores, doing 100m transactions annually. Taylor is currently consulting with NACS (www.nacsonline.com) on card payment policy and serves as Executive Director for Conexxus (www.conexxus.org), a Washington-based non-profit focused on interoperability, card payment policy and data security issues.
