Eugene Liderman
Director of Mobile Security Strategy, Google
Eugene Liderman recently joined Google as a Director of Mobile Security Strategy. In this role, he leads efforts around android security evangelism, certifications, and other special programs. Liderman has over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology field specifically around mobile security, directory services, and enterprise email. Prior to Google, he was a Director of Product Management at VMware. Previously, he worked on mobile security product offerings at Good Technology.

Chris Cummiskey
CEO, Cummiskey Strategic Solutions
Chris Cummiskey currently serves as CEO, Cummiskey Strategic Solutions, LLC, a firm that specializes in cyber/IT, homeland security and management consulting. Cummiskey previously served in senior leadership at the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), most recently in the number three position at the department as Under Secretary for Management. During his tenure as Under Secretary and Deputy Under Secretary, he had department-wide oversight and responsibility for budget/finance, cyber/IT, procurement/contracting, human capital, security and mission support. He also served as the department's Chief Acquisition Officer, overseeing $19 Billion in annual spending. While at DHS, he co-led all the major cyber committees at the department including the Executive Steering Committee on the National Cybersecurity Protection System (Einstein), the Executive Steering Committee on Cyber Strategy, the Acquisition Review Board on government-wide Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) and the Executive Steering Committee on Cyber Hiring. Cummiskey serves on numerous boards as a senior advisor on homeland security, cyber and management issues including: the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council, the Government Technology Services Coalition, the Washington Homeland Security Roundtable, as a COO Senior Advisor to Government Executives (SAGE) with the Partnership for Public Service and as a cyber expert with the Washington Post. He served as CIO for the State of Arizona for six years, where he received the Distinguished Service to State Government award from the National Governor's Association for his work in government innovation. He is credited with creating the state's first cybersecurity plan and establishing the Arizona Cyber Information Security Office.

Andy Purdy
CSO, Huawei Technologies US
Andy Purdy is the Chief Security Officer for Huawei Technologies USA (since July 2012). Andy oversees Huawei USA's cyber security assurance strategy and system, and supports Huawei's global security assurance program. Andy is the Huawei global lead for the East-West Institute Global Cooperation in Cyberspace Initiative and serves on the Steering Committee of the Open Group Trusted Technology Forum, which developed the Open Group Trusted Technology Provider Standard (O-TTPS), recognized by ISO as 20243. Andy was the senior cyber security official of the U.S. Government from 2004-2006. Prior to joining the Department of Homeland Security, Andy was a member of the White House staff where he helped to draft the U.S. National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace (2003), after which he went to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he helped to form and then led the National Cyber Security Division (NCSD) and the U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT), from 2004-2006. At DHS, Andy also served as Co-chair of the National Cyber Response Coordination Group (NCRCG), the principal US interagency group to prepare for and respond to cyber incidents of national significance, and he was DHS representative to the Committee on National Security System (CNSS) that sets policy for the nation's classified IT networks.

Randy Sabett
Special Counsel, Cyber/Data/Privacy Practice Group, Cooley LLP
A former NSA crypto-engineer, Sabett brings to Cooley LLP his extensive experience in data security, privacy, licensing and IP. Sabett has managed numerous data breach responses involving major retailers, financial and healthcare organizations, and on-line service providers. He served on the Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th Presidency and has been recognized as a leader in privacy and data security in the 2007-2014 editions of Chambers USA. Sabett is a member of the board for the Georgetown Cybersecurity Law Institute and the Northern Virginia chapter of ISSA. He also is a frequent lecturer and author, and has appeared on or been quoted by a variety of national media sources.

Andres Rapela
AVP of Secure Payments, Federal Reserve Bank
Andrés Rapela currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Secure Payments for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the strategy for improving security and resiliency of the U.S. payments system. This work entails collaboration with payments professionals across the financial system, and with interested stakeholders in various related industries. Rapela brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, information technology, and risk management to the Secure Payments initiative. Prior to joining the Bank, he was a vice president at Fidelity Institutional, where for eight years he led the brokerage platform technology risk management function. While at Fidelity, Rapela held several other senior leadership positions in technology, risk management, and compliance across multiple business lines.

Debra J. Geister
Financial Crimes Strategist, NICE Actimize
Debra Geister currently serves as a Financial Crimes Strategist at Nice Actimize. Prior to her work with NICE Actimize, she led Section 2 Financial Intelligence Solutions, LLC. Section 2 or S2 focuses on solutions for identification and detection of transnational criminal organizations (TCO) and the mechanisms of fraud and money laundering. Prior to S2, Geister was the Managing Director of the AML Advisory Services at Matrix International Financial Services. She also held a position as the Senior Vice President of the Financial Intelligence Unit for a US based financial institution, leading the combined Fraud and Bank Secrecy Act Unit and guiding the bank out of a cease and desist order. Previously, she was Senior Director of Consulting Services and also Director of Market Planning for AML and Fraud Products at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Geister developed products to assist clients with processes such as sanctions screening, application fraud, OFAC, PEP, and 314a.

Gord Jamieson
Senior Director of Canada Risk Services, Visa
Gord Jamieson is a Senior Business Leader at Visa and serves as the head of Canada Risk. His goal is to differentiate Visa from competition, reduce risks of regulatory impact and support core growth by engaging Canadian clients to minimize payment system risks. Having been with Visa for 17 years, he has always been in the Risk function. Prior to joining Visa, Jamieson served as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 20 years. In that capacity, he has investigated organized crime involvement in forged credit card manufacturing and distribution. Jamieson has held positions as both the President and Vice-President of the Central Canada Chapter of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI) and presently is a member of the IAFCI Board of Advisors.

Mahesh Rajaraman currently serves as Group President II - Credit Cards Risk Mgmt & RCU Retail Assets for Yes Bank. With a rich background in payments and risk, Rajaraman was previously charged with Senior President and Country Head - Risk Management, Credit Cards and Payments for Yes Bank. Prior to joining Yes Bank, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Products and Portfolio Management, Payment Products at HDFC Bank. There he was responsbile for credit, debit, prepaid and commercial cards' service delivery and innovations. Rajaraman is a member of RBI's committee for evaluation of implementation of AADHAR as a second factor authentication. He is a member of Indian Bankers Association subcommittee for transparency of Interest (and other charges) for payment products.

Jeremy King
International Director, PCI Security Standards Council
Mr. King leads the Council's efforts in increasing adoption and awareness of the PCI Standards globally. In this role, Mr. King works closely with the Council's General Manager and representatives of its policy-setting executive committee from American Express, Discover, JCB International, MasterCard, and Visa, Inc. His chief responsibilities include gathering feedback from the merchant and vendor community, coordinating research and analysis of PCI SSC-managed standards through all international markets, and driving education efforts and Council membership recruitment through active involvement in local and regional events, industry conferences and meetings with key stakeholders. David Lott
Payments Risk Expert, Retail Payments Risk Forum, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
Lott is a retail payments expert with the Retail Payments Risk Forum of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and has more than 35 years of experience in the retail banking and payments industries. As part of the team at the Retail Payments Risk Forum, Lott works with payments stakeholders in researching payment systems and products, focusing on risks and mitigating strategies. A key area of focus for his present work is customer, transaction and data security issues. As such, Lott has done considerable work with the wide range of card and payment technologies including card; mobile devices such as tablets and phones; other payment form factors, and their various delivery channels including ATMs, online and call centers. Lott works with representatives from the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston in facilitating the meetings of the Mobile Payments Industry Workgroup. He is a member of the BITS Payment Card Fraud Sub-Group as well as a representative of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in other inter-agency and intra-Federal Reserve System working groups.

Inscoe has served as the chair of the BITS Fraud Reduction Steering Committee and the co-chair of Early Warning Services' Advisory Committee, and has been a member of ABA's Deposit Account Fraud and Payment Systems Committees. Formerly, Inscoe was the director of financial services solutions at Memento Inc., where she was responsible for guiding the company's overall strategy and supporting product development, marketing, and sales related to payments risk mitigation. During her tenure with Memento, she worked to expand the firm's product offerings beyond employee fraud to cover check, ACH, and wire fraud. Before that, Inscoe was SVP and director of payments strategy with Wachovia Bank.

David Vergara

Vergara is Sr. Director of Security Product Marketing at OneSpan (Formerly VASCO Data Security) and has more than 11 years of experience in the software security space. Prior to OneSpan, he was VP Marketing for Accertify (An American Express Company) leading go-to-market strategy for their online fraud detection solution and he was Sr. Director Product Marketing at IBM with Product Marketing responsibility for the advanced and predictive analytics portfolio.

Jim Cunha
Senior Vice President of Bank Administration, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston
As senior vice president of treasury and financial services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Cunha is spearheading efforts to study, explore and engage with distributed ledger technology to determine applicability, potential benefits and risks for internal and external uses.
