Christopher Krebs
former Director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Department of Homeland Security
Christopher Krebs serves as the first director of the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Mr. Krebs was originally sworn in on June 15, 2018 as the Under Secretary for the predecessor of CISA, the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD). Mr. Krebs was nominated for that position by President Trump in February 2018.
Before serving as CISA Director, Mr. Krebs was appointed in August 2017 as the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection. In the absence of a permanent NPPD Under Secretary at the time, Mr. Krebs took on the role of serving as the Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary for NPPD until he was subsequently nominated as the Under Secretary and confirmed by the Senate the following year.
Mr. Krebs joined DHS in March 2017, first serving as Senior Counselor to the Secretary, where he advised DHS leadership on a range of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and national resilience issues. Prior to coming to DHS, he was a member of Microsoft's U.S. Government Affairs team as the Director for Cybersecurity Policy, where he led Microsoft's U.S. policy work on cybersecurity and technology issues.
Before Microsoft, Mr. Krebs advised industry and Federal, State, and local government customers on a range of cybersecurity and risk management issues. This is his second tour working at DHS, previously serving as the Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection and playing a formative role in a number of national and international risk management programs.
As Director, Mr. Krebs oversees CISA's efforts to defend civilian networks, manage systemic risk to National critical functions, and work with stakeholders to raise the security baseline of the Nation's cyber and physical infrastructure.

Brigadier General Francis X. Taylor (Ret.)
Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, Department of Homeland Security & CEO, FXTaylor Associates
Brigadier General Francis X. Taylor (Ret.) currently serves as President and CEO of FXTaylor Associates, LLC in Washington DC. After he retired from active duty, General Taylor was nominated and confirmed as US Ambassador at Large and Coordinator for Counterterrorism (2001 to 2002) and Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security and Director of the Office of Foreign Missions (2002 to 2005). On leaving government, he became VP and Chief Security Officer for the General Electric Company managing security operations and crisis management globally until accepting the nomination as Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis for Department of Homeland Security in April 2014. In this role, he was charged with providing the Secretary, DHS senior leadership, the DHS components, state/local, tribal and private sector partners with the homeland security intelligence and information required to keep the country safe, secure and resilient. Mr. Taylor was also a member of the US Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board from 2006 to 2010. .

Jeremiah Osburn
Director of Cybersecurity at Executive Office of the President
Jeremaih Osburn is a senior leader possessing a unique combination of both hands on technical skills and seasoned management experience supporting government, military, and private sector organizations. He has over 20 years of experience leading in a hands-on manner threat management and cyber defense teams and 12 years' experience working in 24/7 Security Operations Centers and information security environments supporting cyber threat analysis, forensic investigations, insider threat, and vulnerability analysis. Leadership skills have been awarded at the highest level for creating and developing world-class cyber defense teams in high-pressure environments.

Paul Turner
CTO for Products, Venafi
Turner has worked directly with many of the world's largest Global 2000 companies to solve security and operational challenges related to cryptographic key and certificate management. In addition to working with and presenting at IEEE, IETF and ISACA, Turner has worked closely with the NIST, where he coauthored the July 2012 Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) bulletin, Preparing for and Responding to Certification Authority Compromise and Fraudulent Certificate Issuance, and the NISTIR 7966, Security of Interactive and Automated Access Management Using Secure Shell (SSH). Prior to Venafi, Turner was a vice president for Novell's Resource Management group and served as vice president of product management at CertCo, a spinout from Bankers Trust that delivered public key infrastructure (PKI) and secure electronic commerce solutions to the financial services industry.

Gregory Wilshusen
Director, Information Security Issues, U.S. Government Accountability Office
Wilshusen joined the GAO, the investigative arm of Congress, in 1997, and oversees its IT security investigations and audits of federal government agencies and programs. He is a frequent witness before Congressional panels, testifying on government IT security. A certified public accountant, certified internal auditor and certified information systems auditor, Wilshusen previous served as the controller for the North Carolina Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources, and held senior auditing positions at Irving Burton Associates, a professional and technical services firm, and with the U.S. Army Audit Agency.

Greg Touhill
First US CISO & Director, CERT Division, Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute
Greg Touhill is one of the nation's premier cybersecurity and information technology senior executives. A highly experienced leader of large, complex, diverse and global cybersecurity and information technology operations, Touhill was selected by President Obama as the US government's first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). His other civilian government service includes duties as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Cybersecurity and Communications in the US Department of Homeland Security and as Director of the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center, where he led national programs to protect the United States and its critical infrastructure. Touhill is a retired Air Force general officer, a highly-decorated combat leader, an accomplished author, a former American diplomat, and a senior executive with documented high levels of success on the battlefield and in the boardroom.

Lieutenant Guido Amin Naves currently serves as Brazil's Official General of Cyber Command. Beginning his military career as Artillery Army Officer, he has been assigned to several posts in Brasil and abroad, as a Battery Commander, Commandant of the 14th Field Artillery Battalion, Instructor at the Coastal and Air Defense Artillery School and in the Army Staff College, Officer from Brazilian Army Commander's Cabinet, Military Adviser to the Brazilian Permanent Mission to the United Nations and Military Observer at the United Nations Mission in Mozambique, Africa. Additionally, Gen. Amin has served as Commandant of the 1st Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Chief of Cabinet of Brazilian Army General Staff, Chief of Brazilian Army Projects Management Office at Army General Staff and his current position as Commander of Cyber Defense Command.

Lt. Gen. Arun Kumar Sahni
Former General Officer Commanding in Chief, Indian Army, and Present President, Information Security Council of India
Lt Gen Arun Kumar Sahni is a decorated, scholar - soldier, with 40 years of commissioned service in the Indian Army. In his last assignment, tenanting the second highest rank of the army, he was the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of one of the six operational commands of the Indian Army. He was the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of one of the six operational commands of the Indian Army.
His experience encompasses command and staff assignments,in India's most inhospitable and conflict affected areas to battle external and internal security challenges. During his four decades of service, he has assumed many roles and duties. In addition to his Command assignments of leading military formations, his important staff appointments include 'Chief Operations Officer' of an Infantry Brigade in Sri Lanka as part of Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF), Colonel General Staff responsible for operations of a Counter Insurgency Force in Jammu & Kashmir, 'Principal Staff officer' at Army Headquarters, Delhi, and 'Director General Information Technology'. He has been an Instructor at various Military Institutions within the country to impart basic & specialized training, not only to own officers, but also those from friendly foreign countries.
He has a record of being a high achiever throughout his career, starting with the 'Sword of Honour' and President's Gold medal on commissioning to the Army, in 1976. Among several awards for his exceptional leadership skills and courage, he has been decorated with the second highest medal for peace time gallantry Uttam Yudh Seva Medal, by the President of India. On Republic Day in 2016, he was conferred the coveted Param Vishist Seva Medal, by the President of India, for sustained meritorious service.
Lt. Gen. Sahni has represented India as a military delegate, at UN Headquarters at Geneva for the international conference debating banning of land mines. He has trained with the British Army for a year and represented the country as a military diplomat for three years at Embassy of India, Moscow, Russia. Presently, he is mentoring start-ups/ new initiatives that are in the domain of Information Security and HR Management. An active speaker at seminars and various think tanks within the country, with specific reference to National Security Issues - External and Internal, International and Regional dynamics impacting India, Issues related to Cyber, Force Multipliers and surveillance, Nuances of Counter Terrorist Operations in the North East and J&K, Dynamics of Integration of North Eastern States, Strategic and Visionary Leadership skills/ nuances and Impact of Tactical Nuclear Weapons on South Asian Deterrence Dynamics.

Philip Reitinger
President & CEO, Global Cyber Alliance; former Deputy Undersecretary for Cybersecurity, Department of Homeland Security; former CISO, Sony
Philip Reitinger currently serves as the President and CEO of the Global Cyber Alliance. GCA is a non-profit organization focused on eradicating systemic cybersecurity risks - risk by risk. He also serves on the advisory boards of several companies, mentors other start-ups, and is a Senior Associate (Non-resident) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Formerly he filled senior cybersecurity roles at VisionSpear LLC, Sony and Microsoft. In 2009, Reitinger was appointed as the Deputy Under Secretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate at DHS. He also served as the first Executive Director of the DoD's Cyber Crime Center, and as Deputy Chief of the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section at DoJ.

Regional Chief Security Officer-Asia Pacific, Palo Alto Networks
Duca is the Regional Chief Security Officer for Asia Pacific at Palo Alto Networks where he works on the development of thought leadership, threat intelligence and security best practices for the cyber-security community and business executives. With more than 17 years of experience in the IT security industry, he acts as a trusted advisor to organizations across the region and helping them improve their security postures and align security strategically with business initiatives. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, he spent 15 years in a variety of roles at Intel Security, with his last position as the Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific. Before this, Duca was involved in software development, technical support and consulting services for a range of Internet security solutions. He actively discusses security issues in mainstream media, including television, radio, print and security related broadcasts. Duca regularly participates in forums, conferences and panels, and provides intelligence on cyber-security matters to the public and private sector.

Noel is the Enterprise chief security & privacy officer at Huawei. He has over 30 years of international experience in information security and enterprise risk management. He has designed and built complete cybersecurity and enterprise risk management environments for governments, finance, transport and large conglomerate industries over the World. He is a member of the board of advisors of Airbus Group.Noel also sits on the board of the Pan-Asia Risk & Insurance Management Association (PARIMA) and the on the board of the executive council of the Cloud Security Association (CSA). He has previously held the positions of Asia chief security officer, Microsoft, worldwide executive at IBM with responsibility for the IBM Security portfolio, CEO Arial Group International, offering Enterprise Risk Management to Fortune 1000, CEO TruSecure / ICSA Corp, client lead partner at KPMG, Greater China territory, Director Platinum Technologies Asia Pacific, to name a few. Steve Chabinsky

Steve Chabinsky is an attorney and global chair of data, privacy and cybersecurity, White & Case, commissioner of the President's Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity, and former deputy assistant director for cyber at the FBI. He serves as a commissioner on the President's Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity, is the cyber columnist for Security magazine, and holds an adjunct faculty position at George Washington University. Chabinsky is a frequent corporate speaker on cyber risk mitigation, and has testified numerous times before the House and Senate on cybersecurity matters. His career includes having served in the Federal Bureau of Investigation as deputy of the Bureau's Cyber Division and Chief of its Cyber Intelligence Section. Larry Clinton

Clinton is the president and CEO of the Internet Security Alliance, a multi-sector international trade association focused on cyber security. In 2015, the National Association of Corporate Directors named him to its "Corporate 100" list of the most influential people in the field of corporate governance. He serves on the Cyber Security Advisory Panel of the Center for Audit Quality and is the past chair, and current executive committee member of the IT Sector Coordinating Council. In 2016, SC Magazine award ISA with its Editor's Choice Award for leadership and excellence in cyber security.

Karen Evans
National Director, U.S. Cyber Challenge, and Partner, KE&T Partners
As head of the Cyber Challenge, Evans oversees an organization focused on searching for talent to strengthen the cybersecurity workforce in and out of government. Evans previously served as the federal government's de facto chief information officer - officially, administrator for information technology and e-government in the White House Office of Management and Budget - overseeing $70 billion-plus in federal government spending on IT. Earlier, she served as chief information officer at the Department of Energy.

Ari Schwartz
Managing Director for Cybersecurity Policy, Venable
Schwartz directs the firm's cybersecurity consulting services, assisting organizations with understanding and developing risk management strategies, including implementation of the Cybersecurity Framework and other planning tools to help minimize risk. Previously, he served at the White House National Security Council, as special assistant to the President and senior Ddrector for Cybersecurity where he led legislative and policy outreach to businesses, trade groups and others. Before his work at the White House, Schwartz led the Department of Commerce's Internet Policy Task Force, worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and served for 12 years at the Center for Democracy and Technology.

Phyllis Schneck
Managing Director & Global Leader of Cyber Solutions, Promontory; Fmr Deputy Under Secretary for Cybersecurity, DHS
Under Barack Obama's administration, Dr. Schneck served as the deputy undersecretary for Cybersecurity and Communications for the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD). She was the chief cybersecurity official for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and supported its mission of strengthening the security and resilience of the nation's critical infrastructure. Schneck came to DHS from McAfee, Inc., where she was CTO for global public sector. Schneck served eight years as chairman of the national board of directors of the FBI's InfraGard program and founding president of InfraGard Atlanta. Before joining McAfee, Schneck was VP of research integration for secure computing, where she conceived and built the early intelligence practice into a full Beta program for data as a service. Prior, Schneck was the VP of enterprise services for eCommSecurity. Before that, she served as VP of corporate strategy for SecureWorks, Inc., and was founder and CEO of Avalon Communications, a provider of real-time security technology, since acquired by SecureWorks, Inc. Schneck received her Ph.D. in computer science from Georgia Tech.
