Christopher Frenz currently serves as the AVP of Information Security at Mount Sinai South Nassau where he worked to develop the hospital's information security program and infrastructure. Under his leadership the hospital has been one of the first in the country to embrace a zero trust model for network security. Frenz has also played a role in pushing for the adoption of improved security standards within hospitals and is the author of the OWASP Secure Medical Device Deployment Standard as well as the OWASP Anti-Ransomware Guide.

Mark Jarrett

As chief quality officer for Northwell Health, Mark Jarrett, MD, is responsible for system-wide initiatives in quality and safety. Dr. Jarrett is also Northwell's associate chief medical officer and a professor of medicine at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. He previously served as chief medical officer and DIO at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH). Prior to that appointment, Dr. Jarrett was director of rheumatology at SIUH from 1982-1999. Dr. Jarrett is professor of medicine at the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. He has extensive research experience, and has been published on the subject of the immune response in systemic lupus erythematosus. Dr. Jarrett is board certified in internal medicine, rheumatology and geriatrics. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Rheumatology, and past president of the Richmond County Medical Society. Dr. Jarrett earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, and a fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Jeremy Livingston

Jeremy is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Stevens Institute of Technology, on the Executive Steering Committee for Internet2, Chair of the Eduroam Advisory Board, a Senior Partner with Fortium Partners LLC, and teaches cybersecurity courses for American Public University. After enlisting in the US Navy as an Information Systems Technician he went to work at the White House as a Senior Security Analyst before filling various roles at US Department of Labor, National Nuclear Security Agency, and Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA) before being appointed as the first CISO of the Federal Housing Finance Agency. After government service Jeremy went on to serve as a CISO for Hewlett Packard and The Pew Research Center. Since 2018 he has served the Higher Education community in a variety of vCISO roles for Rutgers University, Rider University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and others. He is a regular speaker and panelist at NJ Digital Government Summit, EdgeCon, New Jersey annual Cybersecurity Day, and others.

Manny Cancel

Cancel became NERC senior vice president and chief executive officer of the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) in January 2020. He is responsible for the management and oversight of the E-ISAC and leads security operations and information sharing, threat intelligence and analysis, and stakeholder engagement initiatives designed to protect critical electricity infrastructure in North America. Cancel also serves as the E-ISAC’s key representative to important constituencies, such as the Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council, government partners, and key industry groups and leads the E-ISAC’s strategic planning initiatives. Prior to NERC, he served as Con Edison’s chief information officer, leading all aspects of information technology, including cybersecurity initiatives. Before Con Edison, he held various roles over his 39-year career, including leadership roles in operations, customer service, audit, and information technology.

Rocco Grillo currently serves as a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Disputes and Investigations Global Cyber Risk Services practice. He has been a trusted partner of multiple government agencies, including the FBI and Secret Service, where his cyber expertise was instrumental in investigating and resolving a variety of cyber based crimes. Grillo's experience and understanding of commercial sector challenges and national security objectives have influenced the development of national policy in cybersecurity, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Prior to joining A&M, he held leadership positions at professional services organizations including Stroz Friedberg/Aon Cyber Solutions, where he served as the Global Leader of the firm's Cybersecurity Services. Prior to Aon Cyber Solutions, Grillo was a founding member of Protiviti Inc's Cybersecurity Practice where he led the development of the firm's Global Incident Response and Forensics Investigations Practice. He also assisted with the development of RedSiren Technologies, one of the first managed security services firm that evolved out of Carnegie Mellon. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility with Lucent Technologies and Bell companies. He is an affiliate board advisor for the Retail & Hospitality ISAC and has assisted with other thought leadership initiatives for the FS-ISAC; and assists in creating its annual Compromise Against Payments Systems (CAPS), the simulated industry cyberattack exercise.. John Frushour
